Deletion.

1. How to request deletion

1. Email us. Send your request to seelahsystems@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. Identify the relevant service. Tell us which See-lah Systems application, integration, client system or business interaction your request relates to.
3. Provide enough information for us to locate the data. Include the relevant email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, account identifier, business name or other information reasonably necessary to identify the applicable records.
4. We verify and process the request. We may ask for additional information where reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority or the scope of the request.
5. Applicable data is deleted. Once verified, we will delete or arrange deletion of applicable data without undue delay, subject to the limited exceptions below.

2. What to include

To help us respond accurately, include as much of the following as applies:

• your full name;
• your email address;
• your telephone or WhatsApp number;
• the company or organization involved;
• the name of the application, integration or workflow involved;
• any relevant account or reference identifier; and
• a short description of the information you want deleted.

Please do not send passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. What happens after a request

We will review the request, identify the systems and records within our control, and take reasonable steps to delete applicable information from active systems and from service providers or sub-processors where we are responsible for directing that deletion.

Where a system processes data only temporarily and does not retain the requested information, we may confirm that there is no retained record for us to delete.

4. Client-controlled systems

Some See-lah Systems solutions are built for business clients using accounts and assets owned or controlled by those clients. This can include Meta Business Portfolio assets, WhatsApp Business Accounts, business phone numbers, cloud accounts, databases and other business systems.

If the requested information is controlled by a client, we may forward or refer the request to that client, or work with the client to carry out the deletion where appropriate. See-lah Systems does not take ownership of a client's Meta or WhatsApp business assets merely by integrating with them.

5. Limited exceptions

In some circumstances, certain information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, where necessary for security or fraud prevention, to maintain evidence of a compliance request, or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Any information retained for such a purpose will not be kept or used for unrelated purposes.

6. Meta and platform data

If your request concerns information processed through a Meta or WhatsApp Business Platform integration, identify the relevant business, application, WhatsApp number or other available reference in your email. We will use that information to identify applicable data and the client-controlled assets involved.
